🌱 Spring 2026 rental market: it’s not the same as last year.
Spring usually brings higher demand and rising rents after the winter slowdown.
But 2026 is different.
New federal temporary immigration limits are expected to reduce the student population by 25–30% in Windsor — which will especially impact rentals in Sandwich, the West End, and South Windsor.
