MARDA Angel Network

In 2020 we decided that a grass roots way we could help our MARDA community specifically would be to ask our property owners to stop sending baskets and chocolates to our team over the holidays and instead contribute to the MARDA Angel Network which uses the funds donated by our owners, and by MARDA, to help support our tenant base through times of need. This can be in the form of rent, groceries, Christmas gifts, or in one case transportation to see a family member with a terminal illness and in another case helping a tenant after a fire. Creating and growing the MARDA Angel Network has been a distinct honour for our team who get the opportunity to nominate tenants they know need the most help.

I contacted Marda Management before I arrived in Windsor. The whole experience is excellent! Kathy really helped me from day one we contacted, started with the room tour arrangement via facetime and afterwards every step for me to successfully settle down here. Payment issues, renovation details update, keys pick-up reminder, contract and bills etc. I got into my rental apartment the very first morning when I arrived in Windsor and the key was there safe and sound in a lock box, not a minute to wait. And Kathy even prepared a new shower curtain for me to use the bathroom with all convenience on my first day. I feel all of her professional service and care throughout these processes. I appreciate her hard work and kind response to everything I have been concerned with. Now she still does provide useful information every time I contact her. BTW I think Marda their response to maintenance is not bad really.
